Qualifications are as follows:

a. Female
b. With work experience in hospitality / tourism
c. Scope of responsibilities
To promote and assist all members of staff regarding company policies and rules and regulations
To implement, organize and conduct in-house practical training courses for staff development and promotional / transfer purposes
To conduct management skills training programmes
To follow up and control “On-job-Training” within the departments
To book appropriate candidates onto Head Office training programmes
To conduct any training course seen fit by the General Manager
To conduct needs analysis where required
To assist in-house trainees
